- To make a noun plural, add a -w to the end of the noun.
- denmùsow : daughters
- kàràmɔgɔw : teachers
- However, if the noun is followed by an adjective, put the -w after the adjective:
- kàràmɔgɔ kɔ̀rɔ : old teacher
- kàràmɔgɔ kɔ̀rɔw : old teachers
- If the quantity is implied via a number or a quantifier adjective (many, few, some) then the -w is not needed :
- kàràmɔgɔ fìla : two teachers
- kàràmɔgɔ caman : many teachers
- sanga fìla : two minutes
